Unpacking
Carefully remove plants from the box, and check all packaging to make sure you haven’t missed any. Most plants can be planted out immediately if the conditions are suitable, however, some may need to be kept in a glasshouse or cold frame until late spring/early summer or until the risk of frost has passed.
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us immediately either by phone or email, if by email it is a good idea to send us photographs of your plants. Keep all packaging, We will do our best to sort things out immediately.
Cut Back Plants
You will notice that some of your plants may have been cut back; there’s absolutely no need to worry. This may have been done for a number of reasons including routine maintenance or restrictions in height to get them in the box (This tends to happen more as the seasons progress). The plants will grow away nicely and we find that they are often better than trying to leave all the foliage on during transport. Sometimes, when a plant is in flower we will leave these on so that you can enjoy them, this is always difficult as the blooms damage very easily. If this happens just trim the plant back and, as above, it will grow away. Please keep well-watered and plant out as normal. If you have any concerns do not hesitate to contact us on 07367 590 620.
Returns Policy
All our products go through quality control, but occasionally products slip through or are damaged in transit to you. Any returns must be returned in the same condition as they were when sent at the buyers’ cost, this does not affect your statutory rights.
